Christmas in July Part 4: Heaven Looks Like Atelier Swarovski

SEEN had the great good fortune to visit Atelier Swarovski recently on a bright and sunny day. There was no better way in which to enjoy the beautiful homewares that were on display. Famed for their innovative use of crystal and glass, this commissioned collection did not disappoint. Alongside pieces by design luminaries Zaha Hadid, Tord Boontje, Ron Arad and Daniel Libeskind, Swarovski has collaborated with many talented designers.

Zaha Hadid’s Early Work at the Serpentine Sackler Gallery

The Serpentine Sackler Gallery is now paying homage to renowned architect Zaha Hadid through an exhibition of her early painting,s now on display until 12th February 2017. The Gallery, spectacularly renovated and extended by her practice in 2013, is indeed the perfect place to host this presentation, first conceived with Hadid herself as her manifesto of a utopian world.
