Foodies of Covent Garden Rejoice: Henrietta to Open Soon

SEEN hears that acclaimed chef Ollie Dabbous and the global hospitality collective Experimental Group have partnered to open a fabulous new restaurant in the keenly anticipated Henrietta Hotel, right in the beating heart of London, Covent Garden. The hotel has been designed by Dorothée Mellichzon and is intimate – only 18 rooms – but will echo its sister hotel Grand Pigalle in Paris.
