Lotusier: the magical Sakura

In keeping with the ice-cream pastel colours that have so been a feature of the SS 2018 catwalks, luxury brand Lotusier has brought this trend into the home with the launch of two new colour options to their Kyoto collection: champagne pink ‘Sakura’ and the ‘Kyoto sky’, in a delicate blue. They are understated yet elegant additions to Lotusier’s range of beautiful Tea Humidors.

Åsa Eriksson Ahuja, Lotusier’s founder comments: ‘Our delicate colour palette of soft pinks, muted greens, soothing lilacs and creamy whites is evocative of renewal and vitality, as well as a gentle nascency so closely connected to spring. Be it the dazzling sakura (cherry blossom) season in Japan or the awakening of Alpine Valleys following winter’s embrace – we draw our inspiration from nature and the magic gifted to us all.’

Drawing on the background in fashion that many of Lotusier’s team members share, the brand prides itself on its observation of key colour trends. Beautifully crafted by experts in marquetry and crystalware from Italy and France, the Lotusier Tea Humidor is a true objet d’art much in demand by tea lovers, aesthetes and connoisseurs world-wide.
