The ultimate Indulgence: Mister Lasagna’s Nutella Lasagna for Easter

SEEN is trying very hard to resist, as is anyone who gave up chocolate and carbs for Lent. It’s no good, we must all hop down to our nearest Mister Lasagna this Easter weekend. The lasagna specialists will be launching their Easter special, an eggstremely indulgent Nutella lasagna!

The Italian-inspired dessert has been revamped and is made with layers of lasagna sheets, oozing with Nutella, creamy mascarpone mixed with double cream, crushed meringue pieces, topped with mini chocolate eggs and meringue swirls.

Mister Lasagna founder, Alessandro Limone said “We wanted to give our customers an indulgent treat this Easter and what is better than pasta and chocolate combined!” What indeed? Just as well that Easter comes but once a year.

Available over the Easter weekend, the Nutella Lasagna is £5.90 and available at all Mister Lasagna restaurants. Buona Pasqua tutti…

Three Cities: New Photographs from Niall O’Brien

SEEN is looking forward to seeing a new exhibition of photographs taken in the beating heart of America’s Silicon Valley, a place that by Niall O’Brien’s account was packed to the gills with cutting-edge technology yet had no aesthetic at all – except for the surrounding mountains and opportunistic nature. O’Brien spent four months living …
