aqua shard’s Christmas Tree Designed by Lee Broom x Nude Glass

Here’s a beautiful thing: this year, aqua shard’s Christmas tree, ‘The Tree of Glass’, a modernist sculptural Christmas tree crafted by global glassware brand Nude, and designed by Lee Broom (who’s celebrating 10 years in the industry this year) will illuminate aqua shard‘s triple-story atrium on the 31st floor of The Shard from November 14th until early January 2018.

It will be formed of 245 individual hand-crafted Shard-shaped pendant lights, which will be available to purchase globally from the Lee Broom website from November 15th 2017.  All proceeds will be donated to the British Red Cross, Broom’s charity of choice, specifically its two fundraising programmes; the UK Solidarity Fund which raises funds for those affected by terrorism in the UK following the aftermath of terror attacks in London and Manchester earlier this year, and the London Fire Relief Fund which helps those in need who are affected by the fire at Grenfell Tower.
