Matt’s personal trainers will run a consultation for guests to establish their goals, and create bespoke sessions to help achieve these. The fitness sessions will then be combined with a nutritious and energising breakfast menu, devised by the chef of the hotel’s Oval Restaurant alongside a Matt Roberts nutritionist. Fitness enthusiasts can expect salubrious and delectable dishes such as breakfast burritos and egg white omelettes, alongside homemade protein balls and vibrant smoothies.


After the energetic sessions, guests can retreat to their sumptuous accommodation to rest tired muscles and soothe away any aches and pains. The hotel’s 24 complimentary Butler Service means that they need not lift a finger to fully recover.

Those booking Bootcamp and Breakfast in the Capital will receive:
