GFG Jewellery by Nilufer: From Day to Night

SEEN’s magpie eye has been caught by the lovely fine jewellery from GFG Jewellery by Nilufer. The pieces have caught a flavour of contemporary fashion with their stunning use of rubies, precious metals and clean geometric lines.

The brand was established in 2014 by Nilufer Kizilkaya; its mission, to create bespoke pieces with exquisite craftsmanship sourcing precious metals and gems from around the world.

SEEN particularly liked the Ellie Earrings in yellow gold, the Seraphina Rings (with responsibly sourced rubies) that were created for the Year of the Rooster in the Chinese calendar, and the Mara Pyramid Necklace with its evocation of Egypt. Effortlessly luxurious, understated and chic, these pieces are designed to take you from day to night. Available in iconic London store Harvey Nichols, La Maison Couture, Wedding Planner and Stilorama, these pieces are investments and heirlooms of the future. Stunning.

Imagine SEEN’s joy therefore, when we heard that this month, gin and tonic experts, Fever-Tree, is launching its very own Fever-Tree Gin School.

Bufle: Launch of the Bubble-Waffle

SEEN has heard much of the phenomenon of the Asian Bubble-Waffle and thus was very keen to sample this Hong Kong import for herself. My guest and I found ourselves in a bright, buzzy bar/café with tables and plenty of counters and high stools. It’s in Rupert Street, between Soho and busy Leicester Square.

Arthur Hooper’s Weekend Brunch

SEEN has been a huge fan of Arthur Hooper’s since their May opening. It’s handily located close to Borough Market (where much of their ingredients are sourced), so it is with great delight that we hear weekend brunches are now on the menu too.
