Bistrot De Luxe: Truffle-hunting on Baker Street

Word has reached SEEN of a truly luxurious food experience to be had on London’s iconic Baker Street. Bistrot de Luxe will be offering a unique truffle menu all next week from 13th – 17th March for £75 per person, and each dish comes with expertly paired wine.


Often described as “the diamond of the kitchen”, this exquisite four-course menu features dishes of black truffle devilled duck egg, smoked Cumbrian ribeye, bone marrow & sliced truffle and pomme Anna & date. SEEN’s tastebuds were seriously activated at the thought of Whipped aged Reblochon & truffle, poached pear, and walnut praline paired with a delicious Roc Ambulle Negrette Pet Nat 2015. Follow this with sweet plates of brioche pain perdu, milk & truffle ice cream, & hazelnut… The food of the gods.
