Haigh is fresh from his critically acclaimed triumph of 45 Years with Charlotte Rampling and Tom Courtenay, and looks set to evoke the fragility of McQueen’s spirit with the casting of O’Connell, whilst capturing the theatricality of McQueen’s creations. It promises to be a treat for the senses, insightful on the nature of the fashion business and, most poignantly, a reminder that the gods of fashion are mortal.
