Modern Society is not so much a shop but a destination in and of itself, where you're always bound to find something you've never seen before.

Modern Society is not so much a shop but a destination in and of itself, where you’re always bound to find something you’ve never seen before. It hosts a refined selection of brands from both emerging and established designers from around the globe handpicked by owner and globetrotter Nazifa Movsoumova (think Clare V bags from LA, Sandy Liang from NY and toiletries from Baxter of California). The monochrome décor in store allows the items – whether that’s clothing, jewellery, or homeware – to stand out. After browsing their treasures from around the world, be sure to have a coffee while you’re there and get lost in a copy of SUITCASE.

SEEN can safely say that there is nowhere quite like Dorothy Circus Gallery in Notting Hill. It is the very antithesis of the white, clinical art gallery that abounds in the capital. From the beautiful yet disquieting pop surrealist art that is the passion of gallery director Alexandra Mazzanti, to the welcoming gallery itself complete …
